February 2014 – assisted by CTG, electric motor manufacturer SEM Limited has acquired a site for a new factory in Dartford, Kent on Prologis and Dartford Council's The Bridge mixed use development. The site is being developed to provide an 11,000m² state of the art environmentally controlled facility.
