Western House

CTG advised on the refurbishment of the original Grade II Listed Central London Railway Oxford Circus station building, looking at improvements to accessibility and sustainability. Redundant lift shafts have been used for the 'Cooling the Tube' project which will provide an innovative sustainable heating source for the building.

CTG have worked with Aedas Geomatics to produce a detailed 3d BIM model of Western House – Aedas Geomatics used a cloud survey to model the exterior of the building which was combined with our internal modelling.
